The Oleinza Story

Based in Griffith, NSW, we operate from a purpose-built oilseed extraction facility in the heart of the Murrumbidgee Irrigation Area. With access to diverse pressing and processing equipment, we produce multiple specialty oils under one roof — from cosmetic-grade almond oil to cold-pressed canola and mustard oil.

In February 2026, we conducted our pressing trial, validating the entire process end to end — from raw almonds through to golden, sweet-scented cosmetic-grade oil. The results exceeded expectations, with consistent oil quality that speaks for itself.

Waste to Value

Every Almond, Fully Utilised

Our feedstock is non-food grade almonds — whole almonds that are structurally sound and oil-rich, but not suited for food-grade sale. We unlock the value in these almonds by pressing them into premium cosmetic-grade oil.

We transform them into premium cosmetic-grade almond oil through cold-pressing — unlocking value that the food supply chain leaves on the table. Because our oil is destined for skincare and cosmetic formulation (not human consumption), this feedstock is entirely fit for purpose.

And the process generates zero waste. After pressing, the remaining almond meal — a significant co-product — goes to confirmed buyers as animal feed. Nothing is discarded. Every kilogram of almond that enters our facility leaves as a saleable product.

Griffith, NSW

Griffith sits at the heart of the Murrumbidgee Irrigation Area (MIA) — one of Australia's most productive agricultural regions. The Riverina is home to approximately 24% of the nation's almond production, with major plantations within easy reach of our facility.

Our location in Griffith gives us proximity to both our almond feedstock suppliers in the Riverina and Sunraysia districts, and to the canola and mustard seed growers of the broader NSW grain belt. It is a natural hub for oilseed processing.

Griffith's established freight corridors connect us to Sydney, Melbourne, and Adelaide — the three key markets for cosmetic ingredient supply and food service distribution.
