Australian Mustard Oil
Locally Sourced & Packaged

Filtered and packaged in Griffith, NSW from Australian-grown mustard seed. Low-erucic acid compliant. Available in retail and food service sizes.

Australian-Grown, Australian-Packaged

The vast majority of mustard oil sold in Australia is imported — predominantly from India and Bangladesh. Quality and compliance vary widely, and supply chains are long.

Oleinza sources raw mustard oil pressed from Australian-grown seed, then filters and packages it in Griffith, NSW for retail and food service channels. Australian-sourced, Australian-packed — with full traceability from seed to shelf.

Importantly, our mustard oil is made from low-erucic acid seed cultivars, complying with the FSANZ standard of less than 2% erucic acid. No regulatory risk — just a quality product for an underserved market.

FSANZ Compliant — Low Erucic Acid

Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) requires that mustard oil sold for human consumption contains less than 2% erucic acid. Oleinza's mustard oil is produced from low-erucic acid seed cultivars specifically selected to meet this standard.

Unlike some imported products that may not consistently meet Australian food safety standards, Oleinza's mustard oil is sourced and packaged under Australian food safety regulations, with full traceability from seed cultivar to finished product.
